"The reception staff were excellent but the waiters/servers were not very proactive, leaving us wondering if we had to approach them to be served. When they did serve us they made no effort to establish a rapport with us. Other than that, the hotel met our needs very well."

"I can honestly say this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for cleanliness. The bath was covered in black hairs and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, we ended up having to put a towel in the bath to shower because it was disgusting. There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom. The shower is either scolding hot or cold and will change mid shower which is unpleasant. There was what looked like wet tissue dried onto the ceiling and walls. The air con unit worked for about 20 minutes before it poured out a load of water straight onto the desk below so we couldn’t use it - 30 degree temperatures outside as well! Awful - wouldn’t stay here. The staff were helpful however."
