"Staff was wonderful! Gas and restaurant s nearby! Rooms were good."

"There were ants in the first room, the staff was nice but provided no real solution besides a new room. The second room had mold in the bathroom doorway and you had to put up the toilet seat just to open the door (room 222). Not to mention half of the doors were open to the actual rooms, which my friend (with a different reservation) had to deal with. The window in her room was cracked as well. It’s also not well lit on the side with the gas station, it’s creepy over there at night. Don’t recommend staying here, especially as a solo traveler, and especially as a woman. There was also a small device attached to the TV that looked like a camera. I looked and the cable was not attached to the TV at all through the cable but was, like, glued to the front of it, top center. There was hair stuck to the towels that were unused and a bug jumped from the drain when I turned it on. Not to mention the weird red and black stains on the bathroom wall next to the door. My friend also had mold on her shower curtain. In conclusion, this place was unsanitary, unsafe, unkempt, and overall a weird experience."

"Room is clean enough. Bed was pretty comfy. Check in staff polite. Breakfast and coffee were not great. Fine for a quick stop."

"Absolutely loved it here, it was so hard to leave! Felt like I was on a retreat. Absolutely beautiful place. The feel of being far away, but yet, you’re actually very close to the main shopping area & KU campus."

"I really cannot focus on one thing to praise as the property was very nice, every staff we encountered was happy to help if you had questions. Will stay here again if in Ottawa"
