Belle Hôtel

Belle hotel pour la famille , bien situé près de tout, resto à proximité. Ne soyez pas surpris vous aurez tout un réveil vers 7:30 le matin!! Un train passe derrière l'hôtel, mais au moin il ne passe pas à 3h du matin et en même temps, c'est le temps de se lever pour aller déjeuner, qui était très bon pour un déjeuner continental ( oeuf, saucisse, jambon, crèpes avec tout le reste ) le personnel étaient très poli et gentil. Belle piscine avec spa et une glissade d'eau, terrasse sur le toit. J'y retournerais assurément. Merci

There was a lot of issues with cards not working to open riom door, the gym is a joke in terms of deffective effquipement, cables were torn. Not enough elevator workjng to accomoda ye amount of people, i had to wait 10 min to go up or down. Sone staff were helping, the other half were lazy

J'ai pris 24 heures avant d'écrire mon avis. Premièrement lors de l'arrivée l'agente au comptoir était vraiment pas accueillante et me tutoyais. Par la suite, son attitude me faisais sentir que je la dérangeais. L'agent m'as seulement parlé du buffet déjeuner en me donnant mes coupons et l'accès de la piscine. La chambre était tout somme correct malgré le fait que quand vous utiliser la chambre de bain les gens de l'autre côté vous vois et surtout vous entends. Aussi concernant la chambre de bain veuillez utiliser des gougounes car le plancher viens très glissant au point ou j'ai presque tomber à terre. La chambre de bain n'a pas de système de ventilation donc très humide. Concernant la piscine, des adultes en présence d'enfant était dans le spa avec des canettes de bière et le sauveteur passait plus de temps sur son téléphone que de surveiller. En ce qui concerne le déjeuner ma conjointe a retrouver ses morceaux durs dans ses oeufs et les éléments du déjeuner était froid. Je dois dire aussi que le personnel en général est plutot foir et pas sympatiques. Aucun bonjour ou salutation ne m'as été adressé lors de ma visite par le personnel. Je vous suggère fortement de choisir un autre endroit.
