I would not stay here again. Booked many weeks ago but was put in room 204 right across from lobby. Noice all day and all night long plus the ice maker and vending machines are right outside the door. This room should really not be used due to the noise. Hotel currently being remodeled which is also not helpful.

Great location, could benefit from a little upkeep. My AC was so loud, couldn't use it during the night so it was very hot in the room. I'm not sure the housekeepers went into my room during my 3 night stay. The breakfast is fine, at best. Not sure yet if i would come back.

The breakfast could be more earlier like at least 6am and could have at least a protein selection like egg,bacon or sausage. The staff at front namely Antoine were accommodating and helpful, and having to speak in the English language is wonderful! It should be as well with the brekfast lady.

Breakfast has nothing but bread and cereal. Juice machine had tons of fruit flies unsanitary. Housekeeping went into not only our room but our friends room even though we both had the DO NOT DISTURB signs on our door. Then they took a towel that was not hotel property out of the room and when I went to retrieve it could not. All housekeeping spoke only SPANISH In a French/English environment.

The rooms are not disabled friendly in the slightest, the shower entries are so narrow, it’s hard to get in and out and the so called accessible rooms are bathtubs, so how anyone disabled can get in and out of a lowered bathtub is beyond me. The breakfast was terrible, the poorest variety out of any hotels we stayed in in Canada. The gym was unusable as all the machines are almost sat on top on each other, no weights and the room is also used as storage! Both the washing machines were out of order too whilst we were there.

Super clear easy parking

Super clean room, new wood floor no carpet , good towels, very comfortable! Not much amenity though . Good location lots of restaurants nearby close to shopping mall with food court! Parking is free and easy!
