We had an enjoyable stay at first, however we did not get any housekeeping. The first several days it was reported to the manager we had to go to another hotel the front office staff was very kind. Then we ended up having to come back to the comfort Inn, and on the second day or third day, we were there the owner of the hotel called us and told us that we would have to leave the property without any explanation promised a discount because we had paid ahead. There was a broken latch in the door And that was not fixed and several other things the supervisor and the front staff were very nice however the owner was very ugly, very aggressive and did not refund our money. It was one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had in my life at a hotel and well I guess this would be a motel, but I would not recommend that anybody stay at this comfort Inn because of the owner he is extremely mercurial and very vicious, and he will also steal your money

This is our go-to stop when in Wichita Falls. It is a save place to stay with Whataburger right across the street from the hotel. This time our room wasn't as clean as it has always been throughout our years of staying here.

Abby was UHmazing! And she had a Boy Scout troop checking in right as I walked in the door. Cool, calm, and collected. The hotel was clean, the room perfect, and the breakfast delicious (I love waffles).

Was very pleased that they found a room for me even thought my reservation was wrong. Hotel is generally run down. Elevators are banged up, A/C in room loud, things in the bathroom held together with silicone. Stayed for a clean bed and breakfast. The bed appeared to be clean. The breakfast had several empty trays when I got there, settled for some orange colored yogurt and a muffin.
