Hotel Blackhawk, Autograph Collection
"We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. More complimentary amenities were offered then, including free/reduced parking and a complimentary drink for adults. It was disappointing to not have these offered this stay. The hotel itself was in overall good condition, though the wallpaper in our bathroom was peeling off and the hot tub water was warm at best. For the luxury feel of parts of the facility it would be great if the property was better maintained. The location was perfect for participating in the Bix 7 race. The staff was friendly but the night staff struggled a bit with our directions to provide a key to one of our group who was arriving late (we were assured by the daytime staff it would be okay as long as we noted their name and they provided ID). It all worked out in the end."
