The speedboat departs from Sutera Jetty Mantanani in Kota Belud once per day at 2:15 PM. Guests must be at the jetty by 1:45 PM to guarantee same-day transfers to the property. Boat transfer from the property to Jetty Sutera Mantanani departs once per day at 1 PM. Guests must arrange land and boat transfers with the property at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance.
All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. Valid passport is accepted.
