You can take part in off-road activities, water sports or simply lay out and relax on the beach. We offer all the comforts of a modern home so you always feel at home when staying at La Casa Verde.

Beautifully maintained custom built home in the pristine gated community of Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach. The home opens up into a large expanded living room with expansive Boveda Ceilings. Offering approximately 2600 sq. ft. of interior. Enjoy the ability of a split floor plan, allowing for 2 Bedrooms on the lower level with a full bath with wrapped travertine surrounds, granite and custom hardwood cabinetry. The master bedroom on the upper level with large Boveda Ceiling, full open bath and large walk in closet. Accompanied by great panoramic views of the city and the Sea of Cortez from your private deck. The home offers custom tile and granite throughout, custom hickory cabinets in the open kitchen with a full stainless appliance package. There’s a large open formal dining area with ample lighting. Step outside on the covered patio and enjoy a built-in BBQ area. The property is completely gated, perfect for your kids
