Desde el momento en que hice la reserva, recibí un mensaje por WhatsApp con una carta de bienvenida, y a partir de ahí, la atención de Martha fue simplemente inmejorable. Nos ayudaron con todo, desde recomendaciones de lugares para visitar hasta cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos durante nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones son bellísimas, diseñadas con un nivel de detalle impresionante. Es un lugar tranquilo, seguro, limpio y moderno—lo tienen todo. Viajo con frecuencia y me hospedo en muchos hoteles, así que sé reconocer un servicio excepcional, y este hotel sin duda merece un 10/10.
