The space

This is the upstairs unit of an up/down duplex. Its has been renovated, maintaining what could be preserved while modernizing everything that needed to be. A 55 TV with Netflix provided adds to the warmth and comfort of the front room.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire unit of the duplex. Full laundry room with washer and dryer (laundry supplies provided) is part of the unit. No space is shared.

Interaction with guests

We will provide you with an access code to open the door. If there are any difficulties or questions, we are a phone call away.

Other things to note

If you have a bigger group, combine the stay with the downstairs unit, along with our other up/down duplex right next door. With all 4 units combined you can house a group up to 23 people. Be together, yet maintain your own space!

Great except the bugs.....
Great place, just has an invasion of bugs. Not creepy bugs, not dangerous bugs, but bugs none the less. small black bugs that are in piles dead each night i get home I am welcomed by them on the floor, in the bathtub, in the window sills. I told the property manager about it and he was quick to "offer" to refund me for the issue and was super quick to send someone over to treat the issue to no avail. I decided to take him up on the refund offer and left after a week of my 2 week rental and was only refunded 2 days. When I asked about it i was told "your rental was beyond the refund period". I am confused because your listing didn't mention it came with roommates.

Awesome little bungalow!

Just what we needed
This property was very close to the events center we were attending. Although it was on a busy, one way street, we had no problem getting around and the street noise did not cause any trouble sleeping. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was great to have 3 bedrooms for our group.

Cute Vintage Home
We enjoyed our stay here. This is the 4th time we’ve been here-we like it! This is an older home with the same floors and architecture as when it was built, which gives it a lot of charm. It is located on a busy street, so you get traffic noise. But if you want an impeccably clean and comfortable place to stay, while enjoying a home with history, this is whete you want to be! Todd and Mikki are great hosts and have always responded quickly to any need or concern.
