Ubicado perfectamente en el West End, este 2.600+ Sq. Ft, casa de tres niveles es un paseo fácil a la ciudad y Herring Cove Beach. La casa cuenta con un estilo costero informal y elegante en sus 3 dormitorios, áreas para dormir y 5 ½ baños. Sorprendente privacidad y lujo para todos, cada habitación y área de descanso incluye un baño en suite y camas extragrandes tipo almohada "Beautyrest". El plano de planta multinivel también permite el acceso sin molestias con múltiples vías de entrada privadas. También se incluye estacionamiento para dos automóviles (en tándem).
El nivel principal cuenta con una cocina gourmet abierta totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos Bosch, perfecta para crear hermosas cenas donde todos pueden participar. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas y puede extenderse, también hay asientos para cuatro en la barra de desayuno. El plan de piso de concepto abierto fluye fácilmente hacia la sala de estar con una chimenea de piso a techo y puertas francesas a una terraza que conduce al patio privado cercado. Si prefiere cenar al aire libre, el patio de ladrillos tiene una mesa para ocho y una parrilla de gas de primera línea. Este patio privado es el mejor espacio al aire libre con acceso directo a la sala de prensa, cocina de nivel inferior, nevera para vinos y máquina de hielo.
Todas las habitaciones y áreas de dormir tienen almohadas de plumón, edredones de plumas y sábanas, edredones y mantas 100% de algodón, así como un amplio espacio de almacenamiento para equipaje y ropa. Perfect home away from home

The owners were very accommodating, and their home was exceptionally stocked with amenities. Perfect location in the quieter West End and extremely close to Victor’s (one of our favorite restaurants)! We will definitely stay here again.

Prime Location close to town and beaches. Super clean, comfortable (beds great), plenty of room for extended family and space to work for those of us who had to. Wonderful time, would return next year.

Once a Year Friend Gathering

The Provincetown property was one of the best we have stayed at. We had five couples and everyone raved about the place. It’s great to find a house with five bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was a comfortable place to gather.

Home was perfect for our party of 7. Bedrooms on all three floors made the home feel extra spacious and location is really perfect - far enough removed but easy walk or bike to Commercial. Host was lovely. Would stay again for sure.

Amazing home!

This is the first place we’ve ever stayed that is actually better than its pictures and description! The house is beautiful, spacious, well appointed And inviting. There were so many little touches to make this a charming and luxurious vacation spot. High School Reunion Trip

This is our second time staying here. It couldn't be more perfect! The common space is large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The bedroom suites are also very spacious and well appointed. The location is also perfect...close enough to the action but far enough to get all your steps in!

Beautiful Home!

Our group loved staying here. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and well equipped- each with it's own bathroom and king size bed. The common areas are very well appointed, thoughtfully designed, and ideal for gathering. Loved the location, close enough to the action but also set back enough to be quiet. Great property all around

This house was even more beautiful and comfortable than the listing shows. We had 10 girls stay and had plenty of room. Two girls per bedroom each with its own bathroom. The house feels very warm and welcoming (reflects well in the great owners and leasing agent). Location was great too with an easy walk to many restaurants/shops. Can’t rave enough about this place.

Wonderful property!

This house is top notch for cleanliness, design, and it has the wonderful amenities of five bedrooms, each with its own full en-suite bathroom. It really is a gem of a vacation rental. There is the added bonus of a secondary mini kitchen/bar downstairs and a second living/media room. The location on Bradford Ext in the west end was quiet but close to so many places of interest. I highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous property & convenient location

The pictures do not do it justice - every inch of this property was exquisite. Excellent amenities, decor and comfort level - it was so nice having king size beds and every room having it's own bathroom. Could not have asked for a better experience overall. Very easy walk to all the fun places on Commercial st, and close drive to Herring Cove and Race point beach which were both beautiful beaches. Could not have asked for a better experience overall!

Annual July PTown Trip

I’ve been traveling to PTown for over a decade and this is one of my top places to stay! The house is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need on a trip to the cape. The owners has given the place their personal touch which makes it even more enjoyable. It’s more like staying at a friend’s place than staying at someone’s investment property. The check in and check out process was also very much appreciated with someone in town to help with any questions or advice. Really an incredible trip!

The Best

Our friends group has been doing a week in P'Town every summer for a decade. Hands down this is the best house we've ever experienced. Fits ten people extremely comfortably--more if you used the sofa. Everything is close to perfect. All P'Town houses should be this extravagant. We did not want to leave at the end of the week! Incredible house for a stay with friends

I've been to Ptown for 8 years in a row now, and this house was without a doubt the best house I've stayed in. Rob was an absolute pleasure to work with, both leading up to and during the stay. he is incredibly responsive and helpful. The house itself is gorgeous -- we fit 9 people comfortably in the house. Each room is quite large and has its own bathroom (along with Kiehls products). We loved hanging out in the living room upstairs as well as in the backyard -- both areas were beautifully decorated and spacious for groups. I'd stay at this house again in a heart beat.

One of a kind luxury property with incredible amenities

Continues to be a rare find in Provincetown - 5 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, and an additional 1/2 bath. Spacious living room with integrated Sonos system, and bonus kitchen downstairs. Backyard with grill and seating to enjoy the outdoors! Great location in the West End with 2-car parking, and a short 10-minute walk to the center of town - though Gale Force bikes is right next door. Excellent property management and communication, we continue to look nowhere else to stay in Provincetown!

South to North

Beautiful in every way. Very quiet and restful. We were all so very pleased with the wonderful space we were able to call home in our trip to Provincetown. A real plus was having en suite accommodations for each traveler. The home had every detail covered for our stay, and the location was just right. Some of our party had walking restrictions, so we used a rental car and parked at the Wharf close to town center. From there we could easily navigate. Thank you for sharing your home.

favorite ptown rental ever

What a fantastic home! We loved all of the comfortable details that the home came with - the Kiehl’s products, the beach towels and totes - and we all remarked on the comfortable beds and living spaces. We were 5 couples and all of us found the house to be a top tier rental. The one thing to note when you stay there is that the basement rooms should be occupied by people who don’t mind a bit less privacy amongst those down there - while it’s possible to avoid walking through each others rooms, and each room has it’s bathroom - it’s an added element to deal with - but one that is worth figuring out for such a great rental!

Best home yet!

We've been coming to Ptown for 23 years running and have stayed in over 10 different homes. This one was the BEST by far. Everything was superb quality, from the comfortable beds and linens to the clean, modern bathrooms; from the decor throughout to the whole house Sonos sound system; from the excellently stocked kitchen to the full size washers/dryers (2 of each); from the friendly, helpful booking and pre-stay communications to the super-easy check-in and "is everything great?" checkpoint text during our stay - all was exactly as you'd want it to be. The location is perfect (in my opinion) - quiet west end spot, easy to walk to everything in town. If you forced me to say something that isn't completely positive, parking is limited to two cars, but its easy enough to get a week of cheap parking in a nearby lot if you have a third (or fourth) car, and once you take your suitcases out of the car, you won't need the car again until your vacation is over. If you have a larger group and want a comfortable, clean, modern, top quality place with great service/support that's a reasonable walk to town, this is the clear winner.

Great House in a Great Location

If you're looking for a comfortable, modern and charming house to accommodate a large group in Ptown, this is the place for you. Not only is it a great location (on the bike path to Herringcove beach and into town), it can also comfortably fit a large group with plenty of space to entertain, dine and relax. Located across from Victor's restaurant, when you pull into the cobble stone driveway, you're greeted with beautiful landscaping and a row of hydrangeas that lead you to the front entrance. When you enter the house, the first things you notice are the stylish dining room, modern fully equipped kitchen and dramatic living room with cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling gas fireplace. Off of the living room is a quaint deck, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, that features a circular stair case that leads to the private fenced-in backyard. Each bedroom features a full private bath, super comfy king sized beds with down comforters, decorated in soft muted whites, grays and cream colors. Also, the house has multiple entrances, which is ideal for both accessibility and privacy. The lower level media room is a super comfy place to watch your favorite movies, listen to music or just relax. It also includes a convenient kitchenette to store your beverages and snacks. After a long day exploring Ptown, spending time at the beach, hiking in the dunes or night on the town, you will appreciate coming home to this home's warmth and comfortable rooms. Overall, you'd be hard pressed to find a more convenient and comfortable house in Ptown that can easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Lastly, Rob was helpful, cordial and made the reservation process a breeze.

Everything you think it will be … and more

When we first saw this property online, we were giddy with excitement about a week with our best friends. When we arrived at the property - it was even better than expected!! Perfect location close to Commercial St. and everything we wanted to do during the week. Five bedrooms - all en-suite. A fully stocked kitchen and an additional smaller kitchen downstairs. The owner checked in on us periodically through text to make sure everything was going great. This house is truly spectacular and made our celebration that much more special. A few tips for this house: 1. There are Sonos speakers throughout the house so download the app so you can manage the music. The sound is fantastic. 2. There is a bike rental spot right next to the house. The house is very close to the beaches and the bike trails through the national shoreline. It was also nice to quickly bike down to the grocery store - no car was needed. 3. There is a pickle ball court two blocks down Bradford and it is a lively group playing - very welcoming to newbies. 4. Call ahead for reservations at Sal’s down the street and Jimmy’s Hideaway on Commercial - they book up fast. 5. Many places are cash only so make sure you have plenty on hand. 6. Victor’s is across the street and they have an amazing happy hour with shrimp, oysters and raw tuna dishes. 7. The owner is amazing! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

One of our best times in Ptown

We have been fortunate to stay in some pretty nice rental properties in PTown, but our entire house agreed that this was the most comfortable, luxurious, and convenient house to date. The location absolutely cannot be beat. What we enjoyed most, however, was the thoughtful design of the house, as well as all of the furnishings. We all noted how incredibly comfortable all of the king sized beds were! Every room has a sizable en suite bathroom. The basement level has a generous amount of space and a wonderful little kitchen. Alongside the Diptyque candles, SONOS speakers and Kiehls amenities, it truly felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. Rob, the manager, was super helpful and accessible. Truly a wonderful property in magical PTown that we’d love to return to - thank you for fantastic stay!

Perfect

This home was better than we imagined. Each room is beautifully decorated making us feel completely at home for a week. There is plenty of space, a king bed in each room, personal bathrooms for each room, and more charm than you could ask for. There were 8 of us and we were never on top of each other. Tons of space! The backyard area is a stunning garden space that we used every morning for coffee and a good book. And the shared spaces have plenty of seating, a tv hook up with streaming, sonos speakers throughout the house, and a fabulous record collection. The house is located in a great area that's very walkable to everything in town. The stroll to and from Commercial St is beautiful, there's a fantastic restaurant across the street, and right next door is a bike rental. We’ve stayed in Ptown several times before and this is the best space we’ve stayed at. We loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book again!
