The first floor features hardwood floors, a reclaimed wood accent wall, monitor/desk, bathroom with soaking tub, and kitchen. The lower level opens out to a private patio, garden area, and hot tub. You'll be just steps from great dining and galleries.

Located in Provincetown's renowned Gallery District, this listing is steps away from the legendary Ciro and Sal's, where Anthony Bourdain learned to cook (which he wrote about in his best-selling book, Kitchen Confidential), and the also-delicious Mews restaurant. Both are open year-round.

Upstairs features the entry, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Enjoy a big view of Cape Cod Bay from every corner, exclusive use of a lounger and dining table on the deck, dedicated workspace, full bath, and kitchen. The workspace is a sitting desk with a large 24-inch monitor, perfect to connect your laptop and still enjoy the view while you work.

Downstairs features a comfortable queen bed with a natural temperature-regulating cotton and wool mattress cover, and access to the private patio, garden, and saltwater jacuzzi/hot tub/spa (whatever you choose to call it). The saltwater system makes chlorine from the salt at a much safer dosage that maintains sanitation far superior to most chlorine hot tubs.

Guest access:
You'll have the complete run of the house, cabinets, and drawers. The place is stocked with spices, kitchen tools, and everything you'll need — with the exception of the owner's closet. Please enjoy using my home in beautiful Ptown - thanks for your understanding!

Other things to note:
Enjoy all of what Provincetown and Cape Cod have to offer! Beach access is available on many, many points along Commercial Street, which is just a 3-minute walk from the condo.

Lovely apartment with a hot tub!

My friends and I had a wonderful visit to Ptown enhanced by our stay with Russell. The location met our needs, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and location. The kitchen facilities were also very appropriate for our needs. There were some small discrepencies on the VRBO listing that Russell is working to fix, but nothing that impacted our stay. We appreciated for Russell's rapid communications and grateful for his patience, especially as we were checking out. We highly recommend the location to others.
