"Good location for Nis center, but what made it exceptional was the staff , Mila was so friendly and helpful checking us in , and the morning people were excellent both in doing their job but saving me from a dead battery problem on my check out , they truly had my problem solved in a short time, so grateful for the help, they were 5 star service,thanks"

"The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful. The room we had was truly lovely, an executive suite. Truly worth the extra little amount for the larger room. We lived the shower pressure and could have stayed in it for an hour. The bed was super comfortable. The parking garage is on the main road with a small blue P sign just before the main square before the pizza place. Easy to miss the first time around as it doesn’t say Ambassador just a P in blue for parking. The staff talked to me on the phone and waited outside for me to make sure I didn’t miss it a 2nd time. Super sweet ladies at check in and check out. Everyone was very helpful. The spa was lovely and I wish I had a couple of free hours to enjoy it rather than a quick walk thru. Enjoy your time in Nis at this hotel!"

"This is an excellent small hotel in the very centre of the town. The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast is good, and the staff are helpful and polite. Last but not least, parking is sorted by the staff (although there is a payment to be made)."
