Awesome House

Such a wonderful house. The views of the mountains and the ocean are incredible. Everything is as described on the internet. Just simply the best vacation house we have ever stayed in.

Family Kauai Getaway

We are a multi generational family and we so enjoyed the location at the Hanalei Bay Villa. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and there were many wonderful dining out options nearby. We enjoyed snorkeling at Anini Beach just a short drive away. The best part was the view from the porch any time of day. I highly recommend this beautiful place for families.

Beautiful views

The house was very clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was very nice and had all the cooking pans , utensils, and dishes you would need. Paper goods provided were enough to last the duration of our stay. The views from the house were gorgeous! Just across the road is a little overlook of the ocean that we enjoyed very much.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It’s in a great location for an easy drive to town, to walk to beaches, watch sunsets, and access to the new 1 Hanalei hotel beach/reataurants. The property management company is also very responsive and helpful.

Truly a treasure

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home and the views from the living room and deck are simply beautiful. We loved the access to walking to Hideaway Beach and swam every day..We hiked the Na Pali Coast and wereb so glad to be on the North End

Wonderful Vacation

We had a lovely stay and hope to return one day. The host was so attentive and accommodating. We had our original flight delayed and they were able to extend our reservation. The villa was beautiful and the views spectacular. It is a close walk to a great snorkeling beach and drive to markets and restaurants. We had a fantastic vacation. Highly recommended.

Loved it!

This property was wonderful. Great location and really clean and beautiful. I would say the only thing that would make it better would be more fans in the upstairs. It would get a little warm in the late after noon/ evening. We will definitely go back!

Great location with incredible view!

Perfect Princeville location with breathtaking views of Na Pali mountains and Hanalei Bay. Ocean views to side and a walk across the street. Kitchen provides everything you need. Plenty of towels. Lanai views can not be beat! Only suggested improvement is the beds could use thick mattress toppers for some much needed comfort.

Great condo and location

This condo was very centrally located to access the North Shore. Walkable to Hideaways. Great views of the mountains from the back porch and views of the ocean across the street. Inside, very clean. Large living area upstairs with 3 bedrooms and laundry downstairs. Was perfect for our family with a 5 and 8 year old.

Absolutely spectacular!

Wonderful condo! Beautifully remodeled. So peaceful enjoying morning coffee overlooking the treetops with a view of Hanalei Bay and rainbows every morning. We will be back next year.

Amazing vacation

This villa was amazing. Great space for our family with 5 adults. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was a godsend. The views and ambiance was spectacular. The excursions we planned were an hour drive but the beauty of the island made the drive north well worth the stay. We would absolutely stay again and have recommended to others!

LOVED this place!

This was the perfect place to stay on our visit to Kauai!! Princeville is lovely and it is very easy to get to Hanalei or anywhere else from this rental. I loved that it was surrounded by lush greenery on one side, and there was still a view of the ocean and Hanalei Bay from the porch. The rental was very clean, nicely appointed, and had everything we needed--including a grill, beach chairs and towels, a cooler, and there were even some boogie boards that had been left behind by previous guests that we could use! It was also so close to an amazing little beach called Hideaway Beach that we probably never would have found if we hadn't stayed there. It's a steep climb to get down, but worth it! This was the perfect home-away-from-home for our stay in Kauai. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, which is very important to me. Wi-Fi worked well. Main burner on cooktop doesn't work, but there are 3 others! Modern kitchen. Comfortable temps this time of year but there were air conditioners in all 3 bedrooms. Very comfortable stay for my family of 4. You can walk across the street to view the ocean. My husband and kids liked walking down to the beach nearby. I walked to Princeville shopping area several times for exercise, a nice option to have. I recommend the banana macadamia nut bread at Foodland. It rained a lot while we were there and everyone came out on the sunny days, kind of like the Seattle area. The pizza place close by was pricey (as expected), but good. There are other food trucks and dining options not far away. We enjoyed plenty of Kalua pig and taro cake, chocolate macadamia nuts, fish tacos, and plenty other good foods! The only thing I didn't love was there was a child in a nearby unit who cried and screamed a lot. They were coughing too so I suspect they were sick (poor thing). Noise travels easily and everyone keeps the windows open. Mostly it didn't bother me, but the one day I tried to nap the screaming child woke me multiple times. But there is nothing to can do to control who else books a vacation home close to you.

Beautiful Condo

This was the perfect condo for a family vacation. The property was very comfortable for 5 adults and kept spotless. Loved the modern kitchen and spacious living room areas. The mountain views from the deck were gorgeous. The bedrooms were lovely and had their own A/C units. The location of the condo was great as well. It was a short drive to Hanalei where there are multiple restaurants to choose from. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Kauai.
