This was the perfect place for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The location in Princeville was great, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby which made things really convenient. The house was super clean and we had zero issues during our stay. After long days exploring the island, it was the perfect place to come back and relax. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kauai.

House was large, and a nice yard and location. However, the house felt neglected. Multiple items were not working / broken.List of issuesDownstairs toilet constantly runningDownstairs shower with no hot water, Queen bed that was caved in in the middle and unusable to sleep in. Stove had issue where the ignitor on all burners would activate and not turn offBoth washing machines had errors and one would not run.Additionally, the floors were very loud and squeaky, which interfered with the ability of people to sleep in the lower floors.

Enjoyed our one week stay with 10 family members, the maximum number if guests allowed. Consensus view was that the property was ‘best’ designed for a group of 6-8, eg only one refrigerator, one dishwasher, etc. Overall the property could use some refreshing.

Easy check in instructions. We loved the quiet location close to the grocery store and little shops. Did the major shopping before we left Lihue and then that was convenient for smaller, everyday things. Hot tub wasn’t working at peak performance-no jets- but was warm enough to enjoy in the cooler weather. Our request for the property manager to come pick up the recycling (as the house instructions said) which was overflowing- never happened despite the message they would come first thing the next day. Not the end of the world, but did lead to us having to play ‘stack the recycling jenga’ so we wouldn’t leave a mess. All in all, we had a nice stay with plenty of room for our large group to not feel on top of each other.

Hot tub was warm enough but jets were very weak, reported to Property Manager but not fixed before we left.Rooms were spacious, facility was clean and tidy, nice walk to Foodland and other shops. Easy reach of beaches.

Well equipped kitchen. Pool was nice and patios were lovely for early morning and late evening family time! Plenty of towels, pool and beach toys and equipment for spending time at the beach. Fans were not in working order when we arrived, but they were replaced the next morning.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Our family of 14 fit perfectly with room for everyone. The back deck was perfect for evening dining and the pool and spa were enjoyed by all. The kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes/glasses/pots and pans and appliances that we needed. It was nice to have double washers and dryers with such a large group. Beach chairs, ice chests, sand toys, and some snorkel gear were available. Our family had a wonderful two weeks in this beautiful home.

Great house with plenty of space for a large group. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Loved the pool area. Great location to explore the North shore. Our only issue was the lack of air conditioning. The house does get hot in the afternoon and evening because of the sun streaming in from the many windows facing northwest.

Phenomenal

We had 12 people (4 kids ages 10-15 and 8 adults) stay in this house for a week and it was perfect! Just enough space for all of us to enjoy but not feel crowd or too spaced out! The layout was a little different than we had anticipated (pool was right when you walked in through the gates) but it made sense since the back was facing the disc golf course! Great amenities, had everything we needed. There was one issue with the dryer, but the property manager was very responsive when i sent a text. I would highly recommend any large party to stay here, or multiple couples!

Great amount of space

This house was perfect for our group of 13! Pool and hot tub worked great and pool was the perfect temperature! The view on the back deck was the best we all had coffee out there every morning. There are double washer and dryer which was a great surprise! Lots of towels to use at the pool and snorkel gear. Ping pong in the garage. The covered area by the pool works well for shade and rain coverage for those little light rainfalls you get. The no air conditioning was fine when you had the screen doors and windows open the breeze was wonderful. Foodland is right outside the neighborhood which was so convenient along with a bank and the post office and some shops. Hanalei is so close! A fabulous trip had by all.

House was perfect for a thirteen party family. Kitchen was stocked well enough to do many different styles of cooking. Bedrooms with private baths with little balconies. The views are breathtaking. We loved it and would stay there again no questions!!

Perfect place to enjoy the North Shore

This house was perfect for our family. We had 5 adults and 4 children, but we could have easily fit more. Beds were comfortable, we had plenty of linens and towels and it was nice having a bathroom for each bedroom (minus the bunk room). The area is one of my favorites, just behind the shopping center in Princeville. The view out the back was amazing. We enjoyed biking, running, and exploring on the many trails around the golf course area. The kids spent hours in the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The big screen TV in the family room was awesome. The kitchen was huge and so well stocked with all we needed for cooking (pots, pans, dishes, toaster oven, etc.) We loved eating on the deck off of the kitchen and watching the birds and enjoying the view. Our biggest surprise was all of the fun things in the garage! Air hockey, ping pong table, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys, and snorkeling equipment. The neighborhood was quiet and very well kept up. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way!

Our family celebrated my 75th birthday here! 8 adults and 4 kids 7-10 years old. Even the pickiest members of our family loved the house! The pool…the lanai…the views…the bedrooms…the beds…the kitchen…all A.The responsiveness of the staff was top notch! Kauai adventure!

5 high school couples from Indiana gathered in this beautiful home. The kitchen was amazing !!With the 5 bathrooms made it perfect for privacy. The swimming pool was COLD. But the hot tub was nice. Everyone loved the stay!GDTBA

Great stay for family holiday

Our family with 4 couples, 2 single adults and a 1year old baby had a great time staying at this house. We loved the location in Princeville. We could walk around the golf course and all the local paths to get to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants, shaved ice, groceries, and much more. The rugged views of the north shore with its crashing waves was magical. The house was perfect for meals and relaxing together after days out in the beauty that is Kauai. We would definitely recommend this place for a great group get away.

Beautiful family vacation spot

We are an extended family (5 adults, 6 kids aged 14 and under). This is a beautiful and spacious home that exceeded our expectation. It was a quiet location and the home had everything and more for cooking, beach days, and poolside relaxing. The pool was an incredible addition to our stay. Only good things to say. Thank you!

Great spot for the family

We had a great family stay at this property. The pool was chilly but a nice alternative to the beach. Loved the close proximity to Hanalei and there was plenty of space for us all to stretch out. Would recommend this location to large families.

Quiet Spacious House

The house was perfect for a group of friends! Everyone had their own space and bathroom (the best part!). It was mostly stocked with everything we needed and clean. The views were amazing and the location was quiet and safe. The upstairs stayed comfortable even with the lack of a/c, but the people that stayed downstairs said a few nights got a little warm down there, but not uncomfortably warm. The garage had beach supplies including coolers which was a nice surprise. I'd book stay again!
