The customer service we received was incredible. The wonderful woman at the front desk went above and beyond for us by accommodating early check in, late check out and allowing us to take our kids in the pool before our room was even ready. The room was exceptionally clean, the pool was excellent and our stay overall was perfect. Thank you so much!

The room was clean and modern, fridge, microwave, keurig, etc. I liked the pump soap instead of the bar. The staff was amazing!!! Always smiling, and always at front desk. They also didn’t rush us out of the pool at night (have a 3y/o niece that loves to swim). The water slides were cool, I like that the slides didn’t go into the pool, and the water park was a nice feature for my niece. When my niece dropped her dry cereal after breakfast hours, they gave her more. The cleaning staff was amazing and super friendly, and they brought us towel right away. The rooms were incredibly affordable for what it was. We will be staying there again.

Breakfast was Delicious, staff were very friendly, room was clean. The pool area was alot of fun. The only downside was our tvs picture quality was poor. But wasnt a huge disappointment because we were busy all day and only watched one movie. We had a great time.

The heat/cooling system did not work in the room. If you set the thermostat for 22 degrees, cold air would continue to blast in the room. You had to set the thermostat at 24,5 degrees before warm air would flow, but then the room would get too hot. I was told the problem was fixed, but it was not. I asked for the room to be cleaned and it never happened..
