"Had a wonderful 3-day stay. Hotel was well maintained and close to beach, restaurants, grocery store and points of interest. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent especially the fresh squeezed orange juice and made to order eggs. Pool and weight room were excellent as well. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Let me just list a few reasons that made this place a headache. Horrible communication. Host told us we were on our own with issues and to contact the management company he hired. That company could have cared less.No hot water for 3 daysNo working smoke detector Propane tank left out in open dining areaWe were told to change out propane ourselvesOverloaded wiring areas that could cause a fireIt is old and outdatedWe contacted the management company and VRBO for 3 days and ended up with nothing but a headache!"

"My husband and I stayed at Villa Waterside with another couple and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely, the view from the deck was great and the living room was comfortable. It was also nice to have a dining room with a view for breakfasts. The villa was a short walk from the beachside promenade and several excellent restaurants."
