Didn’t get to hotel because flight delayed and when I rang they said my room was gone cos of no show after 1am had to sleep in airport travel down next day and get new hotel nitemare the hotel desk where next to useless stayed here many times and they just made my terrible flight experience worse

Nice room, courteous staff. Good breakfasts. Disappointing to pay extra for a view only to find the "view" is of a casino and a bar. Could see the top of the Spinnaker off to the right too to be fair, but since you can see that from everywhere around Gunwharf Quays I wouldn't have paid extra for that!

We stayed here several times and that’s a proof that i like the place-clean room, firm bed, nice staff in reception and it’s just few steps to the shops plus the validated parking for 24 hours and the entitlement for the discount to selected shops and restaurants. The only downside is the limited selections of breakfast menu and tasteless apple jyice. The worst is the staff that clear our table even if we are still eating. She even took my coffee mug which i’m not done yet. She seems like rushing us to go out even there’s only few of us are there since that was just 8:am

This is an excellently located hotel for Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth Docks, Fratton Park. It is a typical travel lodge style, simple and unfussy. The free 24 hours parking is a real bonus. The breakfast is also excellent. The room was a little tired, but for the price, location and friendly staff I'd still rate it excellent.
