You have access to the terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

San Giovanni, 5 m above sea level. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early October, 10 m x 10 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool can only be used from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The pool is to be shared with the homeowner.
