Nice hotel. Could use use updates.

The hotel is nice but needs a bit of an update. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. They could stand to be replaced. They also charge for any extra bedding. Breakfast is brought to you but it could be better quality. The hotel, the room, the pool were all nice and clean. It just could stand for some more attention and care for the guests.

Very peaceful property with beautiful landscaping. The breakfast is amazing Meg and Emanuel are the most pleasant people we’ve ever met. The rest of the Staff is also very friendly and helpful. They went way and beyond to better accommodate us. All family members really enjoyed the stay. We can not wait to come back and barbecue by the pool. Loved everything about this place.

Por ser um local de praia a frequência da limpeza deveria ser maior. Considero muito de 3 em 3 dias. Mesmo que não trocassem a roupa de cama na mesma frequência, mas passar um pano e tirar o lixo, já seria melhor! Os funcionários estão acima da média de porto seguro. O café da manhã muito bom também!

Excelente hospedagem em Porto Seguro

Estilo chalé, a acomodação foi execelente para nossa família, casal e 4 filhos. Ótima área de lazer, com piscina, bar da piscina, quadra de areia e brinquedos infantis preservados. A limpeza é feita de 3 em 3 dias, poderia ser de 2 em 2 em tempos chuvosos, pois fica difícil a secagem das toalhas e o chão.. Um saboroso café da manhã, com variedades no buffet. Profissionais qualificados, destaco o Thiago da recepção que nos detalhou todos os serviços com clareza e todos os profissionais da cozinha e garçons/garçonetes, todos muito simpáticos e prestativos. Obs: Para todos os meios de hospedagens: cobrem da prefeitura, a pavimentação das ruas com frequencia para evitar os buracos constantes e alagamentos.

Tem espaço para melhorar

Ficamos hospedados 7 dias em família com 7 pessoas. A área comum é muito boa, limpa e a piscina é excelente, os divertimos muitos na quadra de areia. O café da manhã é simples mas funcional, uma pena não servirem tapioca todos os dias. Ponto negativo é que o local é bem quente. O bar atende muito bem para refeições rápidas. O hotel fica numa região onde não há asfalto e nem drenagem, se chover por 1h você ficará ilhado pois as ruas ao redor enchem. A acomodação é bem simples, as paredes precisam de uma pintura nova, o banheiro alaga quando ligamos o chuveiro e os travesseiros não são tão confortáveis. o sofá não tinha um cheiro muito bom. A limpeza é de 3 em 3 dias e isso só me foi informado quando cheguei lá. Não oferecem toalhas de praia leve as suas. Dica extra mantenham tudo fechado senão os sapos entram na casa. É simples e funcional, mas avaliem qual o tipo de acomodação estão acostumados a ficar quando viajam, as avaliações são importantes mas as vezes refletem uma realidade diferente. Por último, fica a uns 15 min de caminhada da praia e um pouco mais longe da passarela do alcool, chegamos a levar 1:15min com o trânsito de janeiro.

Boas instalações, funcionários simpáticos e área externa muito bonita. A rua não tem asfalto, quando chove é inevitável não se sujar, não oferece privacidade porque os apartamentos são próximos uns aos outros (tem q sempre estar com as cortinas fechadas ou a porta a fim de evitar que alguém fique vigiando o interior do seu apartamento), não disponibiliza edredon ou colcha, somente lençol e a cama achei muito desconfortável.

Ótima estadia

O local por si só é muito bom, bem aconchegante. Ficamos na acomodação Aventura e não faltou nada. Tinha utensílios de cozinha, geladeira, fogão...mais parecia um Airbnb por ser tão completo. Área de lazer ótima, duas piscinas, área da churrasqueira. Vi funcionários limpando a piscina todos os dias. Café da manhã muito bom, bem completo, variado. Funcionários simpáticos e educados. Uma única questão, mas que não diz respeito à acomodação, é a rua que dá acesso à pousada. Durante nossa hospedagem, estava impossível de passar por ela, mas tem uma rua ao lado que os carros passam e dá para chegar sem maiores problemas, mas estava alagada por causa da chuva. Mas as vans de passeio pegavam a gente na porta, uber também, então sem maiores problemas. Mas reitero, esse é uma questão que a prefeitura tem que resolver e não apenas ali, porque vi outras ruas do mesmo jeito. Quando estávamos indo embora já tinha funcionários da prefeitura na rua (imagino que para arrumar).
