Sem acolhimento a turistas numa cidade turística.

Escolhi o hotel em razão dos comentários sobre a sua estrutura pois as avaliações de acomodações em Porto Seguro sugeriam que os outros hotéis eram bem precários. Mas apesar da boa estrutura do hotel não parecia que se tratava de uma acomodação em um lugar turístico. Sem acolhimento algum e neste ponto devo observar que em um dia informamos que teríamos um passeio bem cedo (no mesmo horários em que abria o café da manhã) e perguntamos se havia a possibilidade de pegarmos o café pra levar o pedido foi prontamente negado, aliado a isso, não há por parte da equipe de recepção por exemplo a proatividade das boas vindas ou auxílio ao hóspede.

Hotel muito bacana, bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã variado e muito gostoso, faziam tapioca na hora com recheio que o hóspede escolhia. Só uma ressalva para cama do quarto que fazia barulho ao se mexer.

Viajei a negócios, pedi um ferro de passar e não tinham. Solicitei então ir a lavanderia para que pudesse desamassar a roupa e não autorizaram dizendo que se quisesse precisava pagar pelo serviço. Wi-Fi muito ruim, fiquei no 4G. Água quente do chuveiro parou de funcionar no final do dia. Sanitário estragou (mas assim que comunicamos foram arrumar)

Estadia basica e necessidade de melhoria

Hotel habitável, entretanto com diversos pontos de melhorias, era nítido que faltava uma supervisão ativa no hotel, os funcionários jovens e apresentavam falta de expressão e estimulo para a função. O cafe da manha achei pessimo, comida repetida, sopa de salsicha( longe de ser um cachorro quente), tapioca era sazonal, quando a funcionária queria. Sobre o quarto adequado, roupa de cama boa, toalha de banho pessima com cheiro de sabao barato que passava pro nosso corpo. Antes do check out fomos autorizados por duas pessoas a ter duas horas livres na saída entretanto o beneficio foi retirado de ultima hora e sem explicação plausível, porem queriam intitular a cobrança extra e isso não aceitamos pois os funcionários haviam previamente autorizado. Nao retornaria ao hotel sem a certeza que uma nova administração assumiu. Reitero que a qualidade da toalha de banho nao compromete a hotelaria ( funcionarias) que mesmo com o pessimo material de trabalho se viram como podem.

Hotel bom,mas deveria ter alguém pra fiscalizar a bagunça que e de hóspedes nós corredores,muita circulação de pessoas indo e voltando da piscina deixando o corredor todo molhado o tempo todo. A noite uma batecão de porta o tempo todo que e difícil vc dormir. O café da manhã de domingo 28/04 foi deixado nas mesas pela a maioria do hospedes todos os pratos estavam ruim, parecia que todos eram do dia anterior todos estavam duros ou solados Foi o pior café da manhã que eu já tomei em viagem e já fiquei em hotel em estrutura bem inferior a esse. Resumindo em outra oportunidade que eu tiver de ir em Porto Seguro não me hospedaria novamente com vcs não. Mas um detalhe o atendente não tem que ter acepcia de atendimento pra clientes não Antes do meu atendimento,ele explicou tudo do hotel pra um casal,na minha vez me falou só do wi-fi e o me entregou o cartão do quarto e os controles e tchau.

Qualidade pode ser melhor

O hotel está bem localizado, perto das principais praias, hotel novo, com a natureza ao redor. Os quarto as são espaçosos, só que a cama que estávamos vazia mto barulho. O café da manhã é com boas opções porém dos 3 dias só um dia que estava sem opções, não vejo que seja um ponto ruim. Acredito que tem mais qualidade do que defeitos, é só precisa arrumar esse pequenos detalhes para ficar perfeito.

Hotel bom, a limpeza é boa, bom atendimento. O café da manhã poderia ser melhor, muita coisa doce e quase nada de opções salgadas. Internet no quarto que fiquei era horrível. No geral é bom.
