Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

I love the place, spacious, clean and cozy. Lovely decorations and modern bathroom are a bonus. Quite area but in the middle of hear of Porto, close to all attractions. SUPER EASY CHECK IN

Convenient location

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and bars. Really enjoyed Thamel restaurant right next door. One minor complaint was no bottle opener in room to open the fabulous Portuguese green wine. Plenty of stores around that sold openers so not a big concern.
