This place was perfect for me as a solo female traveller. Lovely, clean apartment with everything you need to “live” in Porto on your trip! The area felt super safe and everything was 25 mins or under to walk, I hardly needed my metro pass. Rafaela was super helpful with coordination, as was the rest of the staff, and Hugo helped me in the middle of the night when I made the (very silly) mistake of forgetting my key! Could not recommend the unit, or this company though.

Amazing apartment located near the centre of Balhao. The staff had excellent service and recommendations! We walked everywhere here and easy access to metro if you need to go farther. Would stay here again!

Nothing fancy, fairly sizeable rooms for an affordable price. Would recommend if you stay here as a tourist that you walk in to town and taxi back as it’s essentially one long uphill walk for about 20 minutes on the way back.

Very decent, well equipped one bedroom apartment in excellent area. Close to everything, but on quiet street away from the city crowds and noise. Easy check in and communication with nice and helpful staff. A lots of breakfast and dinner options nearby. Historic and picturesque Bolhao market is few steps away. And thanks to the well equipped kitchen, you can always prepare breakfast or dinner on your own.

Good location, very near Rua Santa Catarina and Mercado Bolhão. The apartment is cozy, needs better cleaning (had a spider net near the bed) and also filtration (water damage) that needs repairing. The neighbor from below was in a mood every time we passedby and would come out mad. Besides that the property is great, staff very nice and gave good explanations for check in and check out.

The staff was outstanding. When we first arrived the AC didn’t work. Bruno came over & fixed it right away. The sheets in the bed were great and pillows comfortable. We were very dissatisfied with the main bathroom. Tile Floor and shower were not that clean. The lighting in the hallway was out the entire stay, which was unsafe when trying to navigate a 3rd floor walk up. Aside from that the apt was decorated beautifully. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. We had a lovely stay in Porto and definitely will return.

Probably the best of its kind in Poro

Whenever i come to Porto i stay at this facilities, calm street, parking although its paid is next to the door, the apartment is top of the line, extremely well clean and kept, deco is modern and minimalist, all the conditions for having a pleasant stay for a night in business or in holidays. The check-in and check-out is made by whatsapp and couldn't be easier. I will go back.

We arrived a bit early and contacted Marco to see if we could leave our luggage. He was more than happy to meet us at the apartment before the scheduled time. He took time to explain all the details of the apartment and told all about the area and Porto. It was worth it. We will use this apartment every time we return

Very bad stay.

Very disappointing : A technician came to fix the hot water and open the room with a key when my wife was alone, Air-condition did not heat the room. Internet was very weak. Bad smell from bathroom. Location was excellent.

Very well decor apartment, fresh and clean. 1 of our top 3 stays in our 18-days Euro trip! Me and mum are well taken care of from the moment i booked the apartment and during our stays, the pre-trip communication with the staff are very detail and thoughtful, that makes us feel like home in Porto. The only issue was we didnt expect to carry our luggages to walk up the long stairs to our room! Luckily the driver arranged by apt are super nice to help us carry them all the way through ! Otherwise it would be extremely challenge for me n mum.
