"The temperature in our room is set at 59°. When we got there so we turned it to a normal temperature but the floor was so cold. It condensated and was wet the entire stay. Luckily we brought towels and we're able to use them so we didn't have to walk on a wet floor."

"The front desk staff is really nice! The rooms not so much. Not as clean as they should be. Old furniture that should be thrown out asap. Broken front door security bar. Broken shower handle. They did give us a refund of 1 day as we planned to stay 3 but 2 was enough. Glad they were nice about it. These were simple fixes it's too bad they haven't taken care if it. The worst was when we left we put the DO NOT DISTURB notice on door. They totally disregarded it and came in to clean ac unit. I understand it has to be done but a little warning would've been great so that we could put up or take valuable and personal items with us. Friendly staff helps with these issues. Appreciate that!"
