Room was very clean but felt kind of sparse and not very homey feeling. If you want a luxurious place try something a little more upscale. Nice place overall and will stay again if we need a room.

Hotel was a bit dirty on the walls and doors. Looked like someone had vomited and still had evidence on bathroom door and wall. Checking in was not easy as they could not fine my reservation though i had all the information. Said they could not find it as i booked on the 2nd floor but room was really in the 1st. I chose this hotel as my wife and I had to leave our current lodging and had our dogs so need pet friendly, no where could I find an up charge during booking but I was charged a non refundable $50 per pet (my dogs did zero damage) on arriving, not having much of a choice late at night, I reluctantly paid.

My room was not clean, dirty used bandaide in kitchenette sink, hair all in bathtub, floors were dirty. Called office and sent a guy who went in there and after he left I went to see what he did and there was still hair in tub but he did remove bandaide. I will not be staying here again.

door was putty shut with a screw pushed into it for the lock of the door, room was still dirty and had sand in everything. pull out couch was disgusting did not use it. only thing that was really nice was the water pressure in the sink and showers

We have been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years and we have NEVER had a problem till this weekend. We had a total of 11 rooms. My family and I were there to celebrate my daughter birthday along with my 2 brother in laws. When we got to our rooms they smelled like a wet towel the floor was a bit dirty when we needed fresh towels we needed to take all of our dirty towels to the front to get clean towels which is very inconvenient considering they are dirty and wet. The pool was cloudy looked dirty and also pool is supposed to be heated and was not the staff said the heater was not working. The staff was so rude especially the manager. when going for breakfast it was not very satisfying as far as taste juice was not good and eggs were bland. We we’re told on Sunday at 10 o’clock that we needed to be quiet and go to our rooms we couldn’t be outside hanging out because they had gotten a lot of complaints the night before from people being super loud and that the cops were called which was NEVER addressed to anyone there nor did we ever see cops on the premises. She said we either b quiet or she will call the cops on us. She never gave us a warning she never said anything to anyone at anytime about us being loud. At check out the following day at 1030 there were workers waiting by the door for us to leave so that they can clean the rooms they kept asking if we we’re almost done when check out is @11 not 1030.

Nice clean suite not far from all the restaurants and beach. We had a great nights sleep it was not as busy so we didn’t encounter a lot of noise/ we even got to bring our dogs to which they enjoyed their stay/
