Liked: Check in reception staff was very pleasant & professional. There were quite a few issues in the room but staff was very apologetic & accepting of the concerns, and tried to resolve a few, promised to give some discount as they couldn’t move us to another room due to being fully booked. Good neighborhood & quiet. Good parking too.
Did not like: However it was quite disappointing to find leftover food in refrigerator, smelly decaying food in kitchen trash, missing toilet tank cover and hence no flush handle, cover over electric switch was missing exposing wiring, cook top knobs missing, food stains and crumbs on kitchen counter and night stand, ball of hair and black stain on washcloth!!!!! Basically room was not cleaned prior to checking in & poor property maintanence!

What's up with these rooms that don't have plugs for the bathtub, anyway? They don't have coffee in the rooms. When I checked in there was a coffee machine in the lobby. But when I checked out the next day , it's not there. They had already put it up for the day. Really?

There is no coffee in the rooms. When I go to check out at 11:00, they have already put the coffee away for the day. Are you kidding me?

I love location quiet nice peaceful off the freeway trees plenty of dog walking areas. Clean comfortable they had good coffee and granola bars muffins for breakfast i didnt see any amenities
