It was meh. Could use some deep cleaning and refreshing of mattresses. Sometimes old things look dirty even if clean. Very convenient location - across from shopping, food and coffee! Front desk was kind and welcoming. Lots of parking. Regrettably I thought they had a lounge or pool but it’s on me for not doing the research.

Front desk was kind and helpful. The bright spot of our visit. We had a busy two days so didn’t have time to stop and address issues at the front desk. Hotel is dated. Usually that’s okay but it affects the experience - windows were grungy and looked like moisture trapped in between the panes. Curtains looked like they hadnt been washed in a while. Booked for 3 people so of course we need sofa bed. The bed was horrifically uncomfortable - you could feel bars and springs. We had to call down for sheets and pillows. The double beds are meh. It was convenient but a little sus

Definitely in better shape after they fixed it up. The back door was broken and would not work with the key card. They did not have enough silverware. The help was nice and friendly. All in all it was a good price for a good room. Will stay again.

The door the room was really dirty. I asked them to clean it. They never put attention to me. The microwave was really dirty. The key to enter. I have to go all the time to the front desk because it’s something going on. They were bad or something because they never work so I had to go all the time to the front desk.
