The bathroom door in the room did not latch. Thankfully everyone knew that if the door was shut, it meant it was occupied. They had a text message system in place however, nothing came of it when we tried. It was best to just go to the front desk. At breakfast, they were out of most things. Through all of this, the staff were very pleasant."
