Carol e Deise foram excepcionais, oferecendo um atendimento acolhedor, profissional e extremamente cuidadoso. As massagens foram maravilhosas e contribuíram para tornar nossa experiência ainda mais relaxante e inesquecível. Na Recepção todos merecem destaque. Como única sugestão de melhoria, acreditamos que a qualidade do papel higiênico poderia ser melhor, pois não está à altura do excelente padrão oferecido pelo hotel em todos os outros aspectos. "If you are looking for a place in the city where all the action is happening and close to restaurants and shops this is your place. It is in the middle of all the action yet you will never know it. The hotel is quite, clean and well maintained. The 2 swimming pools are heated the hot tubs are clean and feel great. We where lucky to find this place. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sandi Staff for making our stay so great."

"most things in the hotel where perfect, room, cleanliness, environment etc. my biggest problem was noise in the morning specially in the rooms facing back, they need to isolate better those windows because they let a lot of noise pass. wifi was also an issue without proper connection. finally shower would fluctuate constantly temperature with is annoying. other than that amazing experience. "
