A casa poema foi a melhor escolha! Entre tantos hotéis/pousadas que já fiquei, nenhuma foi tão magnífica quanto. O quarto excelente, novo e cheiroso! Cama gigante e muito confortável. Banheiro grande e ducha potente. Os colaboradores foram especiais demais! Principalmente: Marcos, Icrea e Mônica. Eles fizeram de tudo para que a nossa estadia fosse ainda mais inesquecível. Um café da manhã dos deuses! Completoooo!!! Muito bem localizada! Piscina excelente, sauna, estacionamento nota 10! Recomendo muito! Você não vai se arrepender.

instalações extraordinárias e atendimento espetacular. a pousada (que parece um hotel 5 estrelas de tão boa) é lindíssima e com as instalações muito novas! tudo funcionando e 100%. quartos extremamente confortáveis e bem equipados. Todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e solícitos. A pousada em si obra de arte que se complementa com a experiência maravilhosa proporcionada pelo conjunto. Adoramos nossa estadia na Casa Poema. A pousada foi comprada recentemente e estao fazendo melhorias no local. A gerente Ana Paula nos recebeu muito bem e foi muito prestativa. Local muito limpo, oeganizado e silencioso. O café da manhã é sem dúvidas o diferencial. Todos os pães e bolos são preparados lá, pela chef Monica. Nossa proxima estadia com certeza será na Casa Poema.

A equipe do hotel tem muita boa vontade em agradar. Só não gostei de duas coisas: não oferecer toalha para piscina/praia e o ar cond nao controlava a temperatura e o sinal da internet q paralisava a televisão.

o custo-benefício não compensou

o lugar tem potencial, mas ainda problemas graves que comprometem a estadia. o primeiro deles é o barulho que não deixa descansar plenamente: escuta-se o que é conversado na recepção, os carros da rua, pessoas gritando na piscina, todo o barulho da montagem do café da manhã. o segundo problema, é o conforto do quarto: as camas são péssimas, a roupa de cama é de muito baixa qualidade e encontramos grandes baratas no quarto. outro problema, é o serviço de limpeza demorado: ao voltar, cansados de um dia de passeio, às 16h, a limpeza ainda não havia sido finalizada. o que posso destacar de bom é que o café da manhã é bem servido e o que se oferece é gostoso, além da equipe de atendimento, que foi muito atenciosa e cordial.
