we had to cancel our second night and go home earlier to SD than planned as there was an emergent family illness-the staff was very helpful/we so appreciated them and the call to Expedia-Anna esp on mon the 15th at the front desk was wonderful

Renovatio is nice and fresh. Only Annoyance is the AC/Heaters in rooms are very load. Wakes you every 15 minutes when the fan turn on to heat or cool. Ours was the heat. Please make them quieter.
