"I booked this stay last min on our road trip coming home, I wanted to stay near the lake and it was a good price. little did I know the pool was down for maintenance, not their fault I should have double checked, but when I paid on my hotels.com app there was a 'resort fee' in the total which i am use to but when i checked in to the hotel, they hold $116 for incidentals and a resort fee, but when I checked out they returned the $100 but I owed the $16 resort fee, that was new to me, maybe it as an Indiana thing, I'm from MN so it was just different. the Casino was nice, bigger than I thought it would be, the only food available at the time was a bistro and the prices were exorbitant! I frequent MANY Casinos throughout the year and I always end up eating at them, but $7 for a fruit cup seems a bit pricey. $16 for a panini with no sides, again a bit pricey. the room was nice, beds were springy which is not uncommon, I liked the shower, it was a roomy stand up only but the water never got hot enough to take a shower, it was room temp at best, the sink got hot... that was disappointing as we had been on the road for 8 hours and wanted a hot shower. all in all, i would not be back to stay here, if its the only option around i can see why its a draw which is unfortunate, very pretty inside, loved the lighting and ambiance but that's it."

Building smelled like rotting corpses (not joking) broken down buildings all around it. A fight between two women was happening outside. We were scared our vehicle was going to be broken into. We hid out in our rooms with our children and were scared for our safety. The breakfast was a muffin with a ghetto sign saying one per guest and dry cereal. Do not stay here. Very unsafe."
