Great location, good layout of the house. Compact house, but thoughtfully designed. Clean, well decorated, very welcoming. The view is amazing. Few things that would have made it great overall: mattresses and pillows were not good. Even though the mattresses had the tilt option, it didn’t help the quality of the mattress. The beach had damage to it from the past hurricanes. So there’s about a 3-4 ft cliff to access the beach. Straight drop down. Luckily there is public access next to the property that’s maintained or we wouldn’t be able to access the beach. Bum knees and bum shoulders would prevent us from making that jump down or climb back up. Last, the coffee maker carafe was cracked on the bottom and coffee went everywhere. Overall we’d stay here again. The view was amazing. But if you’re paying top dollar, I personally expect the house to reflect that price tag. Higher quality mattresses and sheets (they wouldn’t stay on the bed, kept popping off) would go a long way!
