Stains on the bedding! Dusty, smelly and dirty! My husband killed a bug on the bedding in the morning. I understand times are hard with staffing but this was the worst I’ve seen! I am a certified executive housekeeper and know what I’m talking about!

We were trying to get the best rate but internet connection wasn't cooperating, check in lady was very rude, said wasnt her problem. We finally drove around to get internet connection to lock in Travelocity rate. Then checked in, she gave us an occupied room. So glad they weren't in the room, because we walked right on in. Went back again to front desk and got another room.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. Hotel offers a hot breakfast which I didn’t have but it was nice if I wanted it.

Having an indoor pool and spa was a plus after the long drive. Rooms were nice and the beds slept great. The breakfast offering could use some improvement though, even if they can't control the menu the presentation could be better.

Pros:Great location centrally located, Clean, Friendly staff, breakfast was great. Cons:Only minor complaints: broken hot tub, elevator door needs greasing, and beds were a bit stiff. Overall I would certainly stay again and might when I visit my family in Port Orange next time
