Aircon worked perfect and the beds were comfy (if you like firm, which we do) All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms themselves aren’t cleaned very well. We stayed in 3 different rooms and all 3 rooms were poorly cleaned. Dust, dirt, hairs etc on the floor. It seems as though cleaning is done very surface level and furniture isn’t moved, so the floors don’t get cleaned properly. Our final room, whilst the hairdryer worked, it was falling apart and the toilet seat was loose. The rooms would benefit from being checked after cleaning/maintained. This was a shame as the rest of the property was great and we enjoyed our stay bar the took cleanliness. Sound travels quiet easily through the rooms so you can often here other guests."
