Brand new modern farmhouse beach house! Perfect location being just a few minutes from shops/restaurants and close to the beach! Fun for the whole family! Spend the day at the beach or outside enjoying the outdoor living space and come in to relax and enjoy cooking in a fully furnished kitchen! There is two bedrooms and a loft. The loft has a king size bed, the main floor bedrooms have a queen and a set of twin/twin bunks beds.

We loved our stay at this house. It was cute, clean and had everything we needed and more. The queen bed was very comfortable. We didn’t go up to the loft area, but I would assume the king probably was as well. We had our 2 grandchildren with us and it was perfect for children. The house had a booster seat, pack n play and beach toys and other beach items. The kitchen and bathroom items were well stocked. The hosts were very responsive for any questions I had prior to our visit. Everything went smoothly. 10/10 recommend. We would stay again.

Unit was cute and clean, loved the play area and pool too! No negative feelings but we did have some concerns with the ladder situation! It’s steep, not kid friendly,, scary! Host responded quickly with answers. Ice maker was very slow, so bring some ice if you need it. Overall great place and great neighbors, fun environment , comfy beds! All we needed was a table on the bottom deck to go with the shower, grill and outdoor seating!

Perfect getaway

Truly enjoyed our stay. When we arrived the house felt so cozy. Location was perfect! Just a short walk to beach! Enough room for all of us. Wished it had stairs to get to top loft instead of ladder but didn't ruin our stay!

Cute and home like

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and the property Manager did respond promptly when messaged. Easy to find and access. Few things:1. I arrived and had no way to get in. Not sure if it was a VRBO mistake because she had said the message she sent with info didn’t send. So could have totally been the platform and not the property manager. 2. It’s not a 4 min walk. It’s about 7.5 min walk and you must cross a very busy street. So if you have really young kids this could be dangerous or buy a beach pass to drive and park on the beach.

Great house the only negative thing Ivan say is the bath tubs are very slick if you take a shower I had to use the outside shower anti slip strips are needed

Rollover Bay Villas

My husband and I had not been able to ‘getaway’ since New Years 2023. We decided to visit Crystal Beach in Pt. Bolivar Texas for the long Memorial Day Weekend. We arrived much later than planned on Friday afternoon and arrived @ 12:30am Saturday morning. WOW! Not only was the Villa beautiful, immaculate & fully stocked… sitting with our morning coffee Saturday morning we had THREE awesome views of the waterways. Looking to our left down the street was the Intra-Coastal Waterway with Tug Boats pushing the large barges, directly across the street were views of Rollover Bay and looking to the right was the beach - Gulf of Mexico!!! We both will turn 64 this year and decided to retire and purchase our Dream Retirement Home. We ended up putting an offer in on the 3 bed/ 3 bath Model Villa… Fully furnished and one bedroom had 4 bunk beds for our 4 Grandkids ages 4 -11. Looking forward to living the good life!
