Welcome to Peace and Tranquility! Enjoy the warm, relaxing ocean available in the Gulf without the hassles of international travel. A comfortable, two-bedroom home (sleeps 10) with a spacious, updated main suite including tub & walk in closet. Features a large 2nd bedroom and full bathroom, accessible from both bedroom and open living area. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are located in the middle of the home which accommodates easy social gathering. The kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops. An island in the middle of kitchen faces the open living area and deck with beach view. The house-wide half covered/half uncovered deck is comfortable for both sun worshipers and shade seekers, alike. From here, you can listen to the ocean and watch the waves. The beach is clean and quiet for family fun. Beach access is a short walk or drive on hard surface road.

Many guests would prefer to wash linens/clean/prepare house for following guest. If you would like to save $125 for cleaning fee, please reach out to host.

Peace and Tranquility was everything my husband and I had hoped for a beach vacation. The house had everything we needed to cook as we only ate out once. The rooms were all neat and clean. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. Sitting on the deck in the am drinking coffee was wonderful watching the waterviews. Beach access was perfect whether you drove, walked or used a golf cart. We will definetely be staying again.

Peace and Tranquility is what you truly get when you stay at this beach house. The king bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and the tub in the master bathroom is perfect after a day at the beach. It is just a short walk to the beach and you can see it from the deck and the dining room. One side of the property is remote and very beautiful and the drive in looks like you are heading no where! We actually saw a bobcat on the road into the housing area. I will definitely stay at this location again if I make it back. :) The only downside to me was that I love beachcombing and there are very few shells on this part of the beach. I just hopped in my car and drove a few miles away and found a great spot. The location and value are worth the little drive to go shelling.

We truly loved our stay here! The house felt incredibly homey and was very well stocked with just about everything you could need. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of cookware and utensils and the washer and dryer were ready to use, so there is really no need to worry if you forget something at home. They have you covered.The location is wonderful. It is just a few houses down from the beach, making it an easy and beautiful walk. The views in the morning were one of our favorite parts of the trip. We loved spending time outside with our dog, enjoying the ocean breeze and peaceful start to the day. The ocean was visible from the property.The hosts were fantastic, very kind, responsive, and attentive to any questions we had. They clearly take great care to make sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, which was a big factor in our decision to book. It was so nice not having to worry about rowdy vacationers or late-night disturbances.This home truly lives up to the name “Peace and Tranquility.” We are so grateful we found this place and would absolutely love to return in the future.
