adoramos nossa estadia, casa muito bem cuidada, limpa, somente com um defeito, estava muiiiiitttoooo calor, então seria muito bom se colocasse mais ar condicionado, somente em um quarto é muito pouco, mas o resto estão de parabéns.

Casa grande e bem equipada

Fomos em 3 carros, 12 pessoas no total. Ainda sobraram lugares, pois a casa é espaçosa, mas o lugar de comunhão do grupo foi a garagem onde 2 mesas serviram para as refeições e o jogos. Localização boa com praia e comércio pertos. Os dias foram bastante quentes com chuvas ocasionais, onde sentimos falta de condicionadores de ar (só 1 na suíte superior), pois os ventiladores não dão conta. A salvação foi a piscina. Cozinha muito bem equipada, até pano de prato tinha sobrando, embora sempre levamos os nossos. Algo que não vejo em casas de praia são filtros de água, e o nosso grupo consumiu muitos galões de água. Valeu a pena!! Agradecemos a simpatia e prestatividade da Márcia, e a prontidão no atendimento do Rodrigo (Imobiliária Pontal Ville). Obrigado.

Casa confortável e ampla

Passamos alguns dias em janeiro de 2017. A casa é muito boa e ampla. Nosso grupo curtiu muito a piscina e a cozinha é bem equipada. Eu levaria alguns potes para armazenar alimentos e tesoura que senti falta, mas de resto há utensílios de sobra. Para ficar melhor só se tivesse ar condicionado em todos os quartos e não somente na suite principal. Abraços a Márcia proprietária e ao Rodrigo da imobiliária que nos deram todo apoio necessário.

Imóvel confortável, amplo, com excelente piscina e área externa!!! Recomendo.

A descrição do anúncio e, principalmente as fotos enviadas pela Sra. Márcia ao meu whatsap foram extremamente precisas. Encontramos o imóvel limpo e com a pintura renovada. Sempre que realizei alguns questionamentos à Márcia, prontamente ela os esclareceu. Com certeza, indicaria esse imóvel aos meus amigos e familiares.Ficamos imensamente satisfeitos com os utensílios da cozinha (panelas, louças, talheres, etc), inclusive liquidificador, batedeira e fogão excelentes. Embora tenhamos usado os que levamos, me chamou a atenção os panos de pratos, pois em nenhum imóvel locado até hoje, tivemos uma cozinha tão completa!! E já deixo registrado o nosso interesse na locação do imóvel para 2017. Apenas uma sugestão: melhorar os colchões e realizar dedetização Enfim, as férias da nossa família foram perfeitas!!!! Muito sol, muita alegria!!! No sábado à note, realizamos um luau à beira da piscina que foi fantástico!!! Um abraço à vcs!!!!
