"Luxurious and comfortable setting downtown. Stayed in a club room with access to the club amenities which greatly added to the experience. Grace, the club manager and concierge, was spectacularly helpful in making arrangements for subsequent travel to Central Java and Sulawesi, including g arranging for bank transfer deposits when this was necessary. Strongly recommend the location and the staff"

"The breakfast was great, and the staff, particularly Miss Asti, were extremely friendly and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff could use some additional training. On occasion, they would forget to restock the toilet paper, forcing us to request some from the reception desk. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient."

"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."
