péssimo. Falta de assessoria quando necessário

Café da manhã com copo plástico. Chovendo dentro do quarto. Hotel mal preparado, ficou sem vaga de garagem, levaram meu carro. Na hora de pegar o carro para trabalhar, mais de 30 minutos para achar o estacionamento que recepção não informou direito onde ficava (é isso tive que ir buscar) e depois de achar estacionamento mais um tempo para achar a chave do carro. (Não fui o único). Pretendo não voltar nunca mais nesse hotel.

Pense muito antes de escolher sua hospedagem

Nunca mais retorno a este hotel. Cheguei ao hotel as 14:20hs e esperei o check in q seria as 15:00hs mas se estendeu pq fui informada q meu quarto não estava pronto. Mas várias pessoas q chegaram depois de mim, faziam seu check in normalmente. Após eu ir pela terceira vez solicitar meu check in foi q me atenderam. Pra não bastar esse estresse qdo chegamos ao quarto, a decepção foi pior. Quarto com aspecto de sujo, extremamente gelado, escuro um horror. Isso q era nossa comemoração de aniversário de casamento. O frigobar era todo enferrujado. Desci na recepção e fui atendida por outra pessoa na recepção, que foi muito solicita, educada e entendeu meu caso. Arrumou um quarto arejado, enfim em condições agradáveis para passarmos um final de semana agradável. Diante dessa situação não indico a ninguém a hospedagem neste referido hotel.

Em geral tudo me agradou. A limpeza, o cuidado com as toalhas e lençois, o café da manhã com muita variedade. Pequenos detalhes no prédio precisam de uma manutenção pontual, o que é normal, ainda mais depois de um período de pandemia, com baixas estadias.

Razoável, na verdade esperávamos mais pela fotos. . Limpeza, atendimento dos funcionários e café da manhã muito bom, porém a piscina muito pequena não deu para aproveitar pois ainda estamos evitando aglomerações e por ser fechada e pequena não me passou segurança. Cama nada confortável, muito dura. Garagem péssima muito pequena difícil até de manobrar, quando não temos que guardar em um estacionamento terceirizado fornecido pelo hotel. Uma pena pois a localização é muito boa, mas falta melhorias no hotel.
