Everything is within easy reach: the beach just down the road, the 3 km seafront promenade, shops, cinema, casino, and even a spa to relax in. Located on the garden level, 50 metres from the sea, it comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a single bed, a mezzanine with a double bed, and a bathroom. Make the most of the garden and terrace for al fresco dining, with the added bonus of a private parking space.

- Go down a few steps to reach a bedroom equipped with a single bed and a double BZ sofa.

atypique , très bien situé.

location atypique, beaucoup de charme , à 3 minutes à pied d'une belle plage et 5 minutes du centre de la station, avec un stationnement privatif (un vrai plus). Bonne literie et équipement électroménager, même si l'installation électrique est douteuse ( multiprises en ligne-, plusieurs fois disjonctées). Manque quelque rangement et dépoussiérage!

Schöne Unterkunft mit etwas Luft oben

Wir haben eine Woche als Familie (3 Personen) in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren unterm Strich zufrieden. Preis und Leistung passten. Erläuterung der Sterne-Vergabe: Sauberkeit: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Alle Gebrauchsgegenstände waren sauber. Das Bettzeug relativ neu. Dennoch könnten Wohnung und manche Möbel eine Renovierung vertragen. Für meinen Geschmack gehts es etwas über Vintage hinaus. Dadurch leidet der Sauberkeitseindruck. Check-in: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben von unterwegs unsere Ankunftszeit durchgegeben und wurden bereits beim Vorfahren empfangen. Wohnung u. Umgebung wurden erklärt und zum Empfang standen Gebäck und eine Flasche Cidre auf dem Tisch. Genauigkeit des Inserates: ⭐⭐⭐ Die Bilder zeigen einen jüngeren Zustand. So ist Terrasse heute von einer grauen mannshohen Mauer umgeben, ein Bild zeigt noch eine Hecke. Ein Anstrich der Mauer oder eine Bepflanzung würde die Terrasse sehr verschönern. Im Inserat als inkl. beschriebene Handtücher waren nicht da. Dies war aber mitgeteilt, nachdem ich bei der Agentur Leih-Bettwäsche angefragt habe. Also kein Problem, selbst mitgebracht. Statt des beschriebenen WiFi wurde von der Agentur gegen Gebühr ein 4G-Router angeboten. Kein Problem, eigenes Datenvolumen. Kommunikation d. Agentur: ⭐⭐⭐ siehe Genauigkeit des Inserates. Ohne Frage nach Bettwäsche, wäre das mit den Handtüchern schief gegangen. Lage/Umgebung: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 200m zum Strand, 10 min. zum Ortskern,tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. 1 ⭐ Abzug wegen Terrasse als direkte Umgebung der Wohnung.

Agréable séjour en famille

Le logement est très bien équipé et situé. La place de parking est un luxe. Nous sommes restés 10 nuits et ça l'a très bien fait. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants (3 et 6 ans). La proximité avec la plage fut appréciée. Dans les environs les caps d'Erquy et Frehel valent le déplacement.
