"Vistas inmejorables. 180grados de mar desde terraza, sala, comedor, cuarto del matrimonio... Voy a echarlo de menos muchísimo. Terraza increíble para comer allí, sin mosquitos.La casa limpia, bonita decorada. Tiene de todo.Piscina de la urbanización estupenda. De agua salada. Los críos encantados. Y l a playa enfrente justo.Contras,: carretera Nacional enfrente entre la playa y la terraza. Se oye el ruido de los coches aunque no es molesto para nada.Otro contra es que es una urbanización apartada don un restaurante , un market chino y nada más. No hay vida.Pero para plan de playa y piscina de lujo.La playa hunde demasiado rápido. Pero el agua es cristalina. Si no hay viento de levante no hay ni olas. Pero con viento los críos no se pudieron ni meter porque lo vi muy mal y tampoco hay socorrista en la zona ."

"I stayed in this flat for just under three months in the winter of 2026. It’s a great flat, with a smart TV showing all German channels via Apple AirPlay and a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea from the glass-fronted balcony. This meant I was often able to use the balcony for dinner. One minor drawback is the climb to the flat, which is just under 1 km long with a gradient of up to 11% – it’s not possible to cycle up it on a standard bike. I had to push it up."
