Quality Inn Grand Rapids South-Byron Center
"Front desk lady was pretty nice and helpful on check in/out, room was tidy and clean (didn’t smell weird, no hair) but I wouldn’t say it was perfectly spotless and sterile. Bed was pretty comfortable, and the windows actually open which was nice for fresh air. A/C and heat worked, and it wasn’t too loud. Bathroom was nice, but I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries because the provided soap and shampoo isn’t the best, and the towels are very stiff. Right next to a gas station, which is usually not ideal but it was quiet and not a bother, and gas was a good price as well. Overall would stay here again if in the GR area, especially for the price."
