"Motel was dirty/run down. Pool was dirty. Lounge chairs were dirty and had holes in them. The lock on the pool gate does not work from the inside. When we went to our room, there was a guy standing in front of the window with the screen in his hand. He asked if this was our room and said he was looking for a place to sleep and put the screen back on the window and left."

"Pretty angry about this. Was told it was ok to cancel the room by the lady at the front counter and that she would leave notes on the ticket if she wasnt there for a cancel/refund but when hotel.com contacted them, they refused the refund. I would have just stayed the extra night but was lied to and told they would approve the cancelation. "
