Isla Bella Beach Resort & Spa
"We enjoyed being on the first floor with a large walk out porch. Housekeeping was inconsistent and it was difficult to communicate with non-English speaking staff. We had excellent service at Mahina for dinner, but I would not recommend eating here for breakfast. This property was marked as VIP with the potential for a room upgrade if available but the resort said no, they do not honor that for Expedia bookings, book a different way for this benefit. They should communicate this to Expedia if that is their position. There was no Sephora summer pop up event during our stay and the staff offered no information. The main pool had black and white Sephora umbrellas but that was it."
