Nice, clean place to stay. I did rate it a four star instead of a five star because they need to replace their pillows. They seemed to be years old with no fluffyness left in them. I woke during the night with an ear ache with my ear pressed so hard into my head. All five pillows were the same hardness.

Doors very heavy, at least for a handicapped room. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7, we were rudely informed at 6. Coffee in the lobby was empty, went to the gas station next door. No network tv channels, no apps available for us to use our own streaming.

After we had booked and paid for the reservation in advance, the man at the front desk told me that "there may not be any rooms available." This is the worst thing that can happen at check-in -- we had already reserved and paid for the room, not to have one. Eventually he found a room for us, but then warned that there would be some partying in one of the rooms (friends of his) that might disturb us. This indeed happened and my wife had difficulty sleeping. The breakfast room had barely any food, and was not kept clean. While I had a wonderful stay at the Cobblestone in Bridgeport, this stay in Pine Bluffs was a disaster.

Property seemed new. Very clean rooms. Bottled water was way over priced. Walk across the street for water. Hotel breakfast was good. Excellent dining within walking distance. Perhaps the friendliest community i have ever been in.
