Nice clean spacious rooms. Easy check in. Train track right on front of hotel, but wasn’t too noisy.

The property is beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. I have a couple COVID-related comments, though. First, there were signs on the doors clearly stating that masks were required in public areas. I saw many people, including front desk, staff not wearing them. No effort seemed to be made to encourage people to wear them.
Also, I get that COVID has changed the way things are done, but several things were troublesome. The signs stated that breakfast M-F was from 6-9 and from 7-10 on weekends. Breakfast was sort of ready at 7 and was closed up by 9. The front desk staff also took care of the breakfast. The coffee was frequently empty or just not ready. The front desk staff was trying to do it all, and it was not very effective.
Finally, I understand that the offerings have to be limited, but it would be very easy to put out hot breakfast sandwiches made from ingredients you would normally use. They could be prewrapped in foil to keep them warm. 5.5 oz. covered cups could also be filled with fruit to be offered. Danish could also be individually wrapped instead of or in addition to the plastic-wrapped bagels (cold) and English muffins (untoasted).
I know it sounds like I was dissatisfied, but it’s just that I felt with a little imagination and one additional person, the experience could’ve been much better.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to provide us with advice on how we can better improve our facilities and what we are offering to our guests.
During this time it has proven difficult to receive a variety of foods from our suppliers due to the sudden and major demand they experienced with all of the new health code requirements that resulted in an exponentially higher demand for prepackaged items.
Since your stay we have been able to slowly improve our breakfast variety while staying within the guidelines set in place by the state, the federal government, and by Marriott.
