Staff entered my room when I was in the room, without permission. I had a do not disturb sign up and had not checked out. Staff member said they thought I was out of my room and confirmed that they knew I had not checked out and had seen the sign on my door. They were defiant when I asked why they came in my room. They had no explanation.I felt very uncomfortable and that they were possibly trying to take my belongings knowing that I had left the hotel for a few minutes. This was on checkout day, so it made no sense for my room to be cleaned prior to me checking out. I will never stay at this place again!

Bed frames were terrible, they were noisy every time you turned in bed, the room doors slammed shut really loud throughout the floor, and the ac/heat units don’t allow for dual auto. So we started with 63 degrees, turned the heat on to 67 auto, woke up to a room at 74 degrees and had to turn the cool back on. Staff was kind and hotel was clean. But I would never stay here again.

Staff was very responsive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed having nice soft and comfortable bedding instead of the super thin, drape-like bed covers so many hotels have.

My room had NO HOT WATER... in the middle of WINTER, in Cheyenne, Wyoming! It was also the last one on the first floor next to the stairs and exterior door. Every time someone went in or out of one of these 2 doors, I'd hear the loud "clunk" as it closed. With people going in and out at all hours, it doesn't make for a restful night's sleep.

Stayed in a queen suite. It was wonderful. Wonderful front desk clerk, clean room, comfy bed, hot breakfast, great coffee. If I was going to be picky I'd say took a bit of time for hot water and shower could have more pressure but that's being picky. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.
