Clean modern room! Very surprised at how good the room was. It was used as a stop over for one night before catching a flight and was everything we needed! Taxi booked on time and everything went smooth. Best nights sleep on hotel bed!

What a shame this resort is so run down !!

Firstly Naiyang Beach and the National Park there is really nice. But the Touch Green Naiyang Hotel is a real disappointment. The photos on the website do not show how poorly maintained the resort is. We stayed in a ground floor Studio room in the main block which was basic and clean. However, we booked expecting to be staying in a lovely green tropical garden resort with lovely villas in the grounds. Out of maybe 10-12 villas only one is able to accommodate guests. All the others are locked up and rotting away. The pathways between all the villas are also really overgrown and have not been maintained for a long time. The breakfast choice is also really limited and basic as well. The pool looked clean but we did not use it because it was located in an area with no shade provided. We stayed for 2 nights and paid over 4,000 baht total. This is really not good value for money.

Very close to airport and fine for one night. Upon waking in the morning we could see it was very run down and part of it not used. Our villa ok but lots not used or maintained very broken down. Minimal staff but they were lovely. Not sure the area is popular but food at beach fantastic and safe walk only 5 mins from hotel.

Great Airport hotel 👍

Great local hotel for the Airport. Just 2km away. Set in tropical gardens this property is great For a nice quiet stay, swimming pool great which over looks the lake, I stayed in one of the villas in the gardens, great big comfy bed, kitchen with all the bits you need if you want to cook! You can also hire bikes and scooters at the reception at good prices. Staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough to Make your stay a good one. Room cleaned everyday. It’s within walking distance to local mini mart, and the beach with restaurants and night life can be just 5 min walk.

Not what we were expecting

We had paid for an upgraded jacuzzi villa so were disappointed when we arrived. i would suggest accommodation is more of a 2 star standard, even in upgraded rooms. Thank goodness it was only an overnight visit before travelling home, or i would have relocated to an alternative hotel. The villa did not have a door lock! a pad lock was used to lock the doors together. Building works are also taking place adjacent to the hotel, therefore not a peaceful stay. I would also suggest taking LOTS of bug spray! Due to the location and a stagnant pond there are lots of insects and mosquito's both in and around the rooms. On the plus side, the staff were extremely helpful and polite. The location is not far from the national park. Overall, glad we were only there overnight.

Great base for relaxing break

This hotel is better than the first impression on arrival. We stayed a week and felt more comfortable the longer we were there and would definitely return. Rooms are comfortable and spacious although the bed is a little on the are side. Breakfast is good. Over all very good value for money.

Touch Green in good location.

Touch Green was clean and comfortable. Their large pool is a minute walk to the back beside a small pond where a local swan and colourful duck kept us entertained. The breakfasts at Touch Green was very good. Cooks had homemade jams and yogurts.

Great stay!

The staff walked us to our room and was very helpful with arranging a taxi for us to the airport. When we checked out, the taxi was there waiting for us at the time we arranged. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Naiyang beach with restaurants, currency exchange, etc.

Quite a surprise

Great location, only 7-9 minutes walking to the beach through a walkaway passage, which was well iluminated at night. Rooms were spacious and very confortable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. very close to the airport (less than 10 minutes) which is very nice in order to use the most of your day there, specially in such a nice beach

Clean and simple ...near airport and beach

Rooms were spotlessly clean and very near some local places to eat. Ten minutes walk to the beach and so convenient for the airport. Had an issue one day where balcony was left open with access to room and no safe so not happy about that. Also pool is in unusual place and over a bridge over some still stagnant looking water. Staff can arrange taxis and were very helpful.
