We arrived to no one to greet us. We message them and were told they had double booked. When the host finally arrived she was rude and abrupt. We were only when we arrived they moved us to a different location. They tried to make us pay for our free transfer to the airport as it was early. I would never return.

The pool was unavailable and possibly other issues. The staff made arrangements and transportation to another hotel close in the area and refunded some money. Thank you for the accommodations and transportation. The efforts were greatly appreciated.

Great value for money, close to airport so good for an early flight the next day. Clean. Friendly staff. Obviously not a prime immediate area but no complaints at all for the price.

Good for an overnight stay. 5 mins away from airport. Staff arranged my Taxy pick up since my flight was leaving at 7 am and shuttle service starts at 8am. Clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice.

We arrived very late and passport control had us leaving airport at 1:30am. Room we had booked wasn’t available so owner organised a driver and a villa down the road, worked out perfectly for us.

Quite near to the airport and the beach. it takes about 30 minutes walk to the beach. 7Eleven just around the corner. There's gas station and Amazon Cafe, Texas Chicken and another 7Eleven just across the road so it is very convient for breakfast. The place is quiet enough and I could sleep well. Only the door locks are quite old type. I hope that place is safe and not black area.

Excellent transit hotel with small cottages best.

Excellent little cottages for short stay. I walked from airport for 20 mins. Taxi quoted 400 baht so walk 2 kms. Kind hotel driver took me back to airport for free. Not 5 star, nor 5 star price but a great place for transit stay, close to Phuket airport. Quiet, clean, no food.

Poor service and disappointed overall

Tried endlessly to contact the resort for days by telephone, whatsapp, email for free shuttle from airport as assured to ensure they got the message, also through my resort in Phuket, and friend from London, but regret no response until I landed in Phuket and requested two sales agents from a retail counter to call for the resort from a call box. Driver though late did not apologise nor did the owner of the resort who were rude and impolite. Did not offer to carry my luggage to the room despite stairs, being female and senior citizen, which was discourteous and unacceptable. Since room had mosquitoes requested to move to another room. I would no way want to return to this resort as room was not appealing and not as per the picture displayed on website.

I chose this place as I had a flight early morning. This place is a no-frills place, but the room and bathroom were spotless. Also, greenery in the surroundings is plus! Staff members gave a home-like feel.

Nice place. Close to airport. Some Internet issues

Stayed here twice on separate days because hotel is close to the airport. Several food options are available if you have a scooter or car (7-11 and noodle places beside 7-11). There is a car rental place just a few doors away where we rented a car for a very good price and were very satisfied (admin@arunphuketcarrent.com). Rooms are comfortable and clean. The Internet in the room close to the pool was very problematic... after much frustration, we eventually gave up on it. They told us they called the ISP to fix the problem but I think the problem is with their router. It should be repositioned closer to the pool. The second time we stayed here, we were given another room and the Internet worked well. Pool was very nice, especially in the evening. The grounds are well-kept and have many nice flowering shrubs and small trees, however, you can hear some road noise given it's proximity to the main road. The man (with white hair) taking care of the place and his daughter are very nice and kind people. Recommended. Would stay here again... but would first check if Internet works in the room they assign me.
